Amazing machine! Love the heat exchange brew head, allows us to flip the switch and be ready to brew in about 8-9min. My wife and I started a small coffee shop and it serves us well as a low traffic commercial machine. We fell in love with it and while we hope to our grow it we have seriously contemplated just getting an additional one.
