Ceado E37J Electronic Espresso Grinder
Owning the Ceado E37J Espresso Grinder
The smallest offering in Ceado’s E37 series, the E37J rounds out the line with its compact stature, without losing the great features expected of the E37 grinders. This doserless grinder is stepless, for infinite grind adjustment when you push or pull the lever on the collar. Inside, a super quiet 300 watt motor is mechanically suspended on rubber mounts. With its powerful motor and 64mm burrs, grinds are dispensed at a rate of 1.7 grams per second. This is a great rule of thumb to keep in mind when programming single and double shot doses, which you can later press to dispense a perfectly timed shot on-demand. Grounds are kept clump free by a little flap integrated into the coffee chute, which is very effective at breaking them up so that grounds dispense evenly into the middle of your portafilter each time you grind. Manual grinding is easily done by pressing the portafilter into the grind button and holding it until the desired amount of grounds is reached. For hands free grinding, the E37J will hold on to your portafilter while grinding so you don’t have to. The J lives up to the hype of the rest of the line, and it’s perfect for a home setting.
We’re floored by Ceado’s innovative attention to detail when it comes to the design of their grinders. One feature we think is leaps and bounds above the competition is Ceado’s Steady Lock Burr Technology. This design keeps the burrs at a constant distance apart from one another, whether they’re grinding for one shot or one hundred. Not only does this make the grind seriously consistent, Steady Lock Burrs never need to be calibrated. So, if your E37J is dialed in already, you can literally lift the burrs apart for cleaning, screw them back together, and grind a great shot right away without any adjustment necessary. If you like the design, but need more power, take a look at the E37S or E37T; for a doser model, check out the impressive E10 or E92.

This machine is a lot quieter in person than I expected. It is easy to use and the size is perfect. I was worried that I might be missing out by not spending extra on the PID features on more expensive Eureka grinders but this one suits my needs perfectly
Titi Sabdat –
Maybe it’s just the fact that my previous grinder wailed like a banshee, but the Eureka is dead silent and delivers fine, fluffy grounds. The only minor downside is that the spout tends to dump the coffee too close to the handle, which leads to some spillage.
Chinyere Ismail –
Met the espresso needs of our resident coffee expert. Cuts a a fine level with some extra options if trying to cut even more thin. Design does not take too much space as well. Only gripe i can make up is that if you are making alot of coffee will need to refilll at least once. Otherwise very strong cost effective option for coffeee espresso grindeRead more about review stating Met the espresso needs ofr

it works great. it is quiet. we must wait now, and see; shall it be great for many years to come? Maybe. The Dubai Gold is also swanky
Chisom Salami –
Solid, quiet, and fast. We wanted to get a “real” grinder without breaking the bank. This one accomplishes all of that.
The only thing that could be improved upon is the grind adjustment. It’s a little difficult to make fine adjustments. We knew that going in and could have spent a lot more money for a grinder with that feature.

Looks great next to our ECM Classika and we’re very happy with our purchase.
