Ceado E5Pro Overview
The Ceado E5Pro is a commercial quality, 64mm burr grinder that’s all business, no frills. Exclusive to Whole Latte Love, the E5Pro reintroduces the portafilter grinding switch in addition to the bottomless pulse button. The E5Pro uses a powerful 300 watt motor to grind shot after shot and features an internal flap in its chute to break up any clumps before the grounds deposit evenly into your portafilter.
Features and Performance
The E5Pro is incredibly precise; with clump free grinds dispensing evening into the portafilter basket. Operating the grinder feels better than ever with the return of portafilter controlled grinding. To adjust the grind, turning the stepless collar sets your coffee finer or coarser and allows for infinite adjustment. The return of the portafilter grinding switch in conjunction with the side mounted pulse button allows the E5Pro to easily grind for both spouted and bottomless portafilters.

The E5Pro is safeguarded against accidental blocks with a high capacity overload switch, which cuts the grinder’s power so as to avoid any damage. This design keeps the burrs at a constant distance apart from one another, whether they’re grinding for one shot or one hundred. Had for almost a month now and have ground almost 2 lbs of coffee beans. I like how quiet it is, the burrs are a real help with how less noisy grinding beans can be. I did follow the the HarfanCoffe video recommended on first seasoning the Burrs with Eight O’Clock dark espresso beans, then used higher quality Dark roast espresso beans. Excellent uniform espresso grind. The two options for turning on the machine come in handy. It is quiet. Seems very solid. Weight does not necessarily equate to quality of construction but this seems to be a well-built machine. If you turn the dial to coarser it works very well in my drip coffee machine.
