Welcome to Harfan Coffee. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and other important information regarding your purchases.

1. Shipping Options

1.1 Standard Shipping (Indonesia): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days, with FREE Shipping cost for All item.

1.2 Expedited Shipping (Indonesia): Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days, with Shipping cost USD 30.00 for All item.

1.3 International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14-21 business days (Delivery times vary based on destination), with FREE Shipping cost for All item.

Orders are shipped via Line Cargo – Forwarder by DHL, FedEx or UPS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Processing Time

2.1 Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

2.2 You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

2.3 Order Cutoff Time: Order will cutoff at 13.00 PM, Monday to Friday.

2.4 Time zone: (GMT+7) Time zone in Jakarta.

3. Delivery Times

3.1 Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping ( Indonesia ): 5-7 business days, only for shipping to Indonesia.
  • Expedited Shipping ( Indonesia ): 2-3 business days, only for shipping to Indonesia.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14-21 business days (Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing times).

Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer. Renewable Outdoors is not responsible for any import/export taxes relating to international shipping and is not responsible for any customs taxes or any other form of tax for an international shipment.

3.2 Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, and customs clearance may impact delivery times.

4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1 We can ship to almost any address worldwide.

4.2 We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Tracking Orders

5.1 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

6. Undeliverable Packages

6.1 If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the package from the carrier, or other reasons beyond our control, we will notify you via email.

6.2 Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment or provide a refund minus the original shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

7.1 If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged package and items.

7.2 If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or process a replacement or refund.
