With the Dinamica, you get a machine that’s ready in 40 seconds or less, with 3 one-touch recipes and an adjustable frother for different drinks. Plus, the Dinamica’s tubeless grinding chamber and conical steel burrs make sure retention is low, and every drink comes from fresh ground coffee instead of yesterday’s grinds. To make drinks the way you want them, you can freely adjust strength, temperature, and volume.

Overall, very happy with this machine. The iced coffee option was a factor in my choice, and it truly makes delicious iced espressos. So far, fairly easy to clean and maintain. I wanted a super easy machine to make coffee in the morning, and this does everything I wanted.

I am giving the machine 5 stars for its ease of use and delicious coffee it makes. Unfortunately, my unit was defective and leaking all the water so I had to return – Delonghi has excellent customer service, FYI.

I did a lot of research and was choosing between Gaggia, Breville and DeLonghi. I really loved the Breville Barista but found it to be a bit too manual, unless you have the $ for the Oracle model. So I needed something a bit more automatic and settled on this specific model because it offers more options than the most popular Magnifica and aesthetRead more about review stating Beautiful and Functionalically beautiful. I also appreciate that it offers flexibility of having iced coffee and regular drip. It’s now been almost 2 weeks since I used this machine. I found it to be very easy to use, find the coffee to taste wonderful (although still playing around with beans and strengths, etc.) And overall, very pleased. I also love the white exterior that fits perfectly with my decor.
The reason for 4 stars is the amount of plastic parts and the fact that some come in contact with the beverage. I would have been ok with stainless steel to reduce the amount of plastic. I know it’s not an issue for everyone but if you are concerned about plastic toxicity, this definitely makes me pause. To be clear, I did not find this to impact the taste of coffee or functionality of the machine, but I didn’t have the machine long enough to comment on durability. I did reach out to DeLonghi before purchasing to confirm that no plastic parts come in contact with hot liquids (they confirmed and added that all plastic parts are BPA). However, the inside of the milk wand is definitely plastic and I wish I had known that.
Side Note: while it does not impact the product rating, I found DeLonghi support team to be extremely slow and their website has tons of issues. I wanted to order some accessories from their website since they said you have 20% off for the lifetime of the machine, as long as you register it. Well … it’s not true. Their slow responsiveness to my questions when I was doing research and inconsistent information they provided is another aspect that makes me pause, because I am now questioning the service I will get if something will happen with the machine.
