Eureka Atom Specialty 65 Overview
The Eureka Atom Specialty 65 is an intuitive espresso grinder designed to make grinding easier for the user. Anti-vibration technology keeps this grinder on the quieter side, so you won’t have to worry about interrupting a conversation while grinding. One of the best functions of the Atom Specialty 65 is Eureka’s burr system, which saves your grind setting even after removing the 65 mm flat steel burrs for cleaning or replacement.
Features and Performance
The micrometric adjustment system gives you a wide range of grind sizes, with a preference for brewing espresso. The Atom Specialty’s fast dispensing delivers your grinds to the portafilter quickly, between 2.7 and 3.7 grams per second. Plus, Eureka made sure hands free grinding is easy with the Atom Specialty 65’s fork attachment, which can be narrowed and widened to hold any size portafilter in place. The Eureka Atom Specialty 65 has a clean interface with buttons for single, double, and manual dosing, and a + and – button to control dispensing speed.The ACE System works to keep your grinds clump free and static free so that your dose is smooth and consistent. For a finishing touch, a spotlight above the portafilter holder makes it easier to see grounds fill the portafilter.
