Actually grinding with the Atom Specialty 75 is simple because of its easy-to-use button setup. It has buttons for single, double, and manual doses, and in addition, dosing times can be adjusted using the + and – buttons.
The Eureka Atom Specialty 75 is more powerful than the smaller Atom Specialty 65 with its 800 watt motor and 75 mm steel burrs. An anti-clumping and static system makes sure there’s no mess, and the high speed dispensing systems delivers those grounds fast. The portafilter fork can be widened and narrowed to fit and balance any portafilter for a hands free grinding experience.

I love this coffee grinder. It was easy to setup and is easy to use. This machine is extremely quite. Running water from my sink is louder than the sound coming from this grinder. Also, this grinder is very quick! I use it to grind coffee for a French press and for espresso. The color is beautiful in our kitchen. This is an awesome machine!

So far so good. I am going to add a small hopper and bellows to see if I can single dose. With this grinder I discovered that even an standard Costco blend os coffee beans has been hiding flavors from me. I have not ran the 5lbs of coffee recommended to fully season the burs yet so it’s a little to soon to tell just how good the grinder is.
I am happy with the results so far but I do still get some variance on dosing and channeling on some shots. Both areas are improving daily.( I have probably ran about 3lbs if coffee through it to date) the cRead more about review stating Really like so farhanneling always starts from the back of the portafilter. Hope things keep improving!
