Eureka Mignon Brew Pro Coffee Grinder in Ferrari Red

Eureka Mignon Brew Pro Overview

The Eureka Mignon Brew Pro is a coffee grinder that specializes in drip style coffee and French Press. It grinds quietly with 55mm flat burrs made of hardened steel, and uses a light up touchscreen display for quick and natural dose adjustments.

Features and Performance

The Eureka Mignon Brew Pro puts all of its focus into making the perfect cup of drip style coffee or French Press. To do this, the Mignon Brew Pro’s grind range leans much more toward the coarse end of the spectrum. As an interesting twist, it uses Eureka’s Micrometric Regulation System for stepless grind size control, something you rarely find on brew-focused grinders. Plus, with timed grinding adjustable up to 30 seconds for Dose 1 and up to 50 seconds for Dose 2, and the attachable grounds container, it’s quick and easy to get large batches ready for brewing.

The Mignon Brew Pro uses 55mm flat hardened steel burrs designed specifically for brewed coffee, a 310 direct-drive 1350 RPM motor, and dispenses up to 2.5 grams per second. For capacity, the hopper can store up to 300 grams of coffee beans.

Why You Should Get It

If you’re a brewed coffee purist, the Eureka Mignon Brew Pro should be at the top of your list. It grinds quickly, it’s easy to adjust, and it comes with a large coffee grounds container for quickly grinding large batches of coffee.

  1. Alexa Salas

Excellent Grinder and just what I was looking for to use with our Bunn Coffee Maker. So easy to set grind size for the perfect cup of coffee.

  2. Ignacio Pacheco

It’s great to have the ‘near zero’ retention and consistent grind of this machine. It’s great for making espresso. It doesn’t get five starts because it isn’t optimal for drip grind. Too many fines clog the paper filter. At this price point, I would hope for better, but from what I hear, this is typical of flat-burr grinders.

  3. Luana Maya

Beautifully designed, quality execution, sturdy constuction, esthetically appealing, and small footprint are all strong pluses. The bean hopper is somewhat light weight and it’s connection to the body of the grinder is not very strong for this price point. It grinds very well but is very messy. There is no way to just grind into the Moccamaster baRead more about review stating Beautifully designed, quality execution, sturdysket.

  4. Gabriel Gálvez

I love its speed. I also love the fact that I can grind the amount and type of beans any times. I wish the grinder came with 54mm funnel in addition to the 58mm and a dosing cup.

  5. Miguel Ángel Chapa

First electric grinder I have ever used, and its fantastic. My only complaint is that the grounded beans escapes the container it comes with, so it can get pretty messy.
