Eureka Mignon Design Coffee Grinder in Natural Oak
Eureka Mignon Design Overview
The Eureka Mignon Design is an all-purpose coffee and espresso grinder with a touchscreen display, 55mm flat burrs, and a striking appearance. It grinds quietly thanks to Eureka’s Silent Technology, and the Micrometric adjustment system offers stepless adjustment for precision and near-infinite grind settings.
Features and Performance
The Mignon Design offers a solid kit, starting with its 55mm flat hardened steel burrs. With a wide grind range, the Mignon Design can grind for espresso, moka, drip style coffee, and even French Press, and it’s nearly silent all the while. With its 310 watt motor spinning at 1350 RPM, coffee is dispensed at up to 1.8 grams per second when set for espresso and up to 2.5 grams per second when set to brew style. Grinds are clump-free thanks to the ACE system, which helps eliminate the electrostatic charge in your coffee before dispensing.
Two doses are available, as well as continuous manual grinding. Selections and adjustments are made using the light-up touchscreen display which makes managing your settings quick and natural. For convenience, the portafilter fork is adjustable and allows for hands-free operation.
Why You Should Get It
The Eureka Mignon Design lets you grind for just about any brew method, it grinds quietly, and the touchscreen controls are straightforward. With the Mignon Design’s micrometric grind adjustment, there’s no struggle in finding the sweet spot for your preferred brew method. And, simply, it looks great on a kitchen counter.

This machine is a powerful and precise machine.

Been using this grinder for over a year. Built like a brick outhouse. Wish it didn’t retain as much coffee as it does, though, and wish they had used the quick set mechanism for grind adjustment. Other than that, great stuff. Regular and even output. No clumping. Easy to clean. Love the short hopper, too.

This machine is very well built upon initial impression. I like the digital screen. I think a few things could be improved.
There should be an option to turn the beeping off when making adjustments in the menu. The operation is incredibly quiet but is ruined the moment you have to press any buttons which you can hear from across the house.Read more about review stating Solid Build and quiet operation.
An automatic shutdown would be nice as well.
The grind quality seems exceptional and it holds its grind size well. When dialing in shots you should expect to use a ton of beans because of the grind retention. The grind adjustment level is very difficult to move, I can definitely see why they made a change to this on the higher end model.
Overall once this is dialed in to grind size and timing I have no complaints. Daily operation is wonderful and produces a great cup
All in All I am very happy with the decision.

Grinds wonderful. Nice and quiet. Fairly fast. Super nice build and heavy duty. I am taking 1 star off because I find the adjustment lever is fairly stiff and it is a bit clumsy to move if you have to hold the entire machine while your adjusting it. Not an issue though because its not like your changing it every day.

Really nice machine! Watched your review on youtube before I purchased.
You were accurate.
One criticism, the markings on the collar for grind size are hard to read.
Thanks!

The product documentation is a little light, but HarfanCoffee videos fill in the gaps. The hands free grinding seemed like a “nice to have” when I was doing my research. After using it, I could never go back. No clumps, perfect dose every single time. We’ve only put 4 lbs of coffee through the grinder so far. I am not sure how things will chRead more about review stating As advertised!ange when the burrs are “seasoned.” Candidly, I didn’t know that was a thing.
