Gaggia’s Cadorna Prestige is a 100% Italian manufactured super-automatic machine made for the home barista. The bean-to-cup machine sports a full-color TFT screen display with backlight buttons to compliment its high-tech design. Users can access all of their favorite beverages, create & personalize user profiles, and access settings for increased usability.
Features & Performance
The Cadorna Prestige features 14 pre-programmed beverages including a ristretto, espresso, espresso lungo, coffee, americano, cappuccino, cappuccino XL, café au lait, café cortado, latte macchiato, latte macchiato XL, flat white, frothed milk, and hot water for tea, hot cocoa, or infusions, so you can play around with each beverage to craft something that you’ll really love. If you’re a fan of milk beverages, the Cadorna Prestige comes with an integrated milk carafe so milk never passes through the machine. With one touch, you can create a seamlessly layered latte macchiato or cappuccino XL with no hassle or extra steps needed. The carafe locks onto the machine, froths milk twice to get the perfect consistency and removes any large bubbles. Once it’s all said and done, it runs an automatic cleaning cycle to purge any milk residue out of the wand. From there, you can detach the carafe from the Cadorna Prestige and store it in your fridge for easy access next time—this is modern-day convenience at its finest.
The bean-to-cup machine also features 4 user profiles to use to your advantage. If you create something that you know will become a staple in your daily routine, you can program the beverage on the Cadorna Prestige to save your beverage for next time. We love the ability to create user profiles on the Cadorna Prestige because if you have multiple people using the machine, you won’t need to worry about anyone tinkering with your set profile or beverages. You can also create an espresso or milk-beverage of your choosing, and experiment with the grind setting, coffee temperature, the aroma and dosage using Gaggia’s Optiaroma system, and more which can all be saved to your own profile.
If you’re feeling for decaf or have some pre-ground coffee on hand, the Cadorna Prestige features a bypass doser with a measuring scoop, you can add just the right amount of coffee for a flavorful cup of joe to start off your day. The built-in burrs are made of ceramic to prevent overheating or burning your coffee and to boost the quality of your coffee’s flavor and aroma.

I’ve had my Cardona Prestige for a month now and use it daily. It’s very easy to use and makes every kind of coffee drink that I would want. The flavor of espresso as well as cappuccino, cortado, americano are all excellent. I highly recommend this machine as well as Harfan Coffee for their customer service.

I’m happy with most features of the machine with the exception of the milk system. The reasons are:
1. The alignment of the milk carafe is too close to the coffee output which makes the use of a normal size coffee mug a bad fit.

This machine is amazing! I bought it to keep at my second home in the mountains. Brought some girlfriends up there for the first time and we really enjoyed trying all the different drinks. It is so user friendly! The milk frothed makes perfect milk. Everything tastes delicious, makes really quality coffee drinks. It was pricey but so worth it.
