This is THE grinder. I upgraded from a Gaggia MDF and my shots are now better and far more consistent. The stepless adjustment is really needed for achieving the best grind. Before I was always one notch after or before but never there. This is true even with a Rocky, which has more settings than the MDF.

Silent. Fast (my grind time went from 45-60 seconds with the MDF) to less than 15. Stepless adjustment. Looks.

Trust Marzocco and start where the “zero dial” decal is. I am always around that point.

This machine is awsome!!. I spent 1/2 a pound dialing it and once the grind was adecuate for my Silvia, I brewed the best espresso shot I had ever had. No kiding, I was really frutated with the maestro. With the Mini the sun has shinned again on my espresso!!

Well, this machine just takes the cake! Quiet, fast, and not a bit of trouble with the very oily beans I use. That’s why I switched. The Rocky was fantastic except for the oily beans.
