1.1 Warranty Period: All coffee machines and griders come with a Manufacturers Warranty Period 1-3 year from the date of purchase.

1.2 Covered Items: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

1.3 Non-Covered Items: This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Consumable parts, such as filters or gaskets, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

2. Warranty Claims

  • Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable).

2.2 Inspection: Once your claim is received, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

  • Repair the product at no charge.
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
  • Issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.

3.2 Geographic Limitations: This warranty is valid only in the countries where our products are sold.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service.

4.2 Company Responsibility: If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to you.
