WE LIKE THE MACHINE VERY MUCH, SEEMS TO BE VERY WELL MADE WITH FIRST CLASS MATERIALS. PERFORMS PER INSTRUCTIONS QUITE WELL SO FAR.
ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT WE HAD A VERY HARD TIME UNPACKING, JUST DIDN’T COME OUT LIKE VIDEOS WE LOOKED AT, BUT WE DID IT AND WOULDN’T EVER WANT TO REPACK IT FOR SHIPMENT BACK WHICH WE SHOULDN’T HAVE TO DO ANYWAY.

I recieved my Gaggia Accademia about 10 days ago. It came nicely packaged and I set it up that night and read my manual and watched the video again. The next morning I started using my machine. I love my machine and I am having so much fun and enjoying all my coffee drinks. My milk comes out nice and hot and as long as you keep the milk cafe at miRead more about review stating Gaggia Accademia reviewnimum level I have no spitting as some have indicated. I love it tells you when it needs you to assist whether its add more water, change out and empty the water and coffee pods..the machine really makes maintenance so easy. It’s really a great machine and I loved the coffee you sent as well. I called on a question and customer service was si helpful . Keep selling great products abd the great service. Thank you. Your video’s helped me decide which machine to get as for me it was a close decision Babbia or Accademia.
