This is our first high end machine-we made the decision to switch from drip to this espresso maker and haven’t been happier with the decision.
Pro:
1. ability to customize your drink preferences and save those preferences for future use
2. fairly easy maintenance and cleaning

1. Crema system spout has limited ability to move in desired position-for instance my reg coffee cup-I have to move it to the crema spout and then move it to the espresso spout when done. I would like to be able to set my cup there and place both spouts in the cup at once.
2. The tray is cheap plastic and shows scratch marks the very first cup we placed on it. This was disappointing based on the money we spent on it.
Overall I would buy it over again-great purchase!

Our fourth super-automatic machine, we had Jura and Gaggia prior, but this Delonghi with the milk steamer and pre- programmed latte and cappuccino drinks is simply fantastic. It’s a little loud starting up at 5:30 am, and I wish all the touch buttons were lighted. Only 1 month old, and all is well, easy to clean, highly recommend!
