Overview:

With its traditional European design, the GB5 X is ideally suited for the type of application where classic aesthetics and high performance are desired simultaneously. The GB5 X can be identified with the white logos and lilies, combining advanced proprietary La Marzocco electronics with industry-leading temperature stability and hydraulic systems to guarantee maximum consistency. It has independent boilers that enable different brewing temperatures on each group, as well as a hot water economizer for adjusting the temperature of the water, as well as a dynamic pre-heater for unmatched temperature stability.

In its ABR configuration, the GB5 X includes La Marzocco’s patented scale technology. It is the first series of La Marzocco machines equipped with a water sensor that measures the conductivity and hardness of water as it enters the machine. The information allows the user to monitor water quality and verify filtration performance without having to purchase additional testing equipment.
